Check that the modulating combustion air/gas control linkages are in good working order and tha

t 

there is no  

play in the gas control spindle

. 

Replace the various panels on the top of the boiler including the down draught diverter, replace the burner  
trolley and clamp into position. Re-connect the electrical connectors to the connection box. 
Re-commission the boiler as described in Section 6 commissioning.
