If the XPS-80 or XPS-90 selection is not available, than the
printer driver has not been correctly installed. In that case the
printer driver must first be installed as specified on the installation
CD, see Section 5.8.
Preconditions for printing
•
The XPS-80/90 must be set up as described in the preceding
Sections 5.1 to 5.8 and adjusted to the print media.
Note:
The paper size (media width and height) must always
be accurately set and “local locked” before printing can begin.
•
Correct settings and operation should be checked with the test
print function the first time it is put into operation and every
time the print media is changed.
•
The XPS-80/90 must be in
on-line
mode. If not, press the
start
key.
You are now ready to start printing via the print command in your
application program.
