14. GUARANTEE CARD
ZASADY POSTĘPOWANIA GWARANCYJNEGO:
1. This device has a 24 month warranty. In the case of use in companies, commercial use and
any other use than private use, a short warranty period applies.
2. Damages caused by natural wear, overloading or incorrect operation are excluded from the
warranty. Parts subject to natural wear are not covered by the warranty.
3. The condition for using the warranty rights is the observance of instructions regarding work,
aggregation with the tractor, inspection, cleaning, maintenance of storage and transport of
the device.
4. Damages caused by material or production defects will be removed free of charge by de-
livering a new device or by repair. The condition to use the warranty service is to provide a
complete device with a purchase document to the service center at the company's headqu-
arters.
5. The repairs caused by the repair are not qualified for warranty repairs:
- using the chipper inconsistently with the instructions for use and intended use,
- random or other events for which the guarantor is not responsible,
- when combining a harness with a tractor using a PTO shaft that is not equipped with an
overload clutch
6. The guarantor may not accept the guarantee if it is found:
- modification,
- introducing construction changes,
- if the overload clutch is not used on the PTO shaft
- occurrence of damage caused by random events,
- lack of required information and records or their modification in the warranty card,
- using the chipper inconsistently with the instructions for use and intended use.
7. Repairs that are not covered by the warranty can be made for a fee to our service center.
Only devices that were delivered in the appropriate packaging will be accepted for repair and
transport costs have been paid for.
8. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the service office. You can get further infor-
mation about the complaint there. The disposal of the device is carried out free of charge.
