8. REPLACING AND ALIGINIG THE BLADE AXIS
Before you set the blade axes or replace them, the device should be disconnected from the
power source and placed on a stable, even and not slippery ground. When sharpening knives, wear
goggles and protective gloves (machine sharpened), damaged blades should be replaced with original
ones, recommended by the manufacturer. If the cutting blades are not on the axis, i.e. they pass
instead of converging, please follow the below schemes depending on the type of device.

It is necessary to remove the gear
from the cutting roller. Removal of
pin remains.
Then set the gear in the original
position and check the axiality of the
knives, in the case of lack of
alignment, drill new holes for the
safety pins to align the position of
the cutting knives
