E18E-11 Gas Fireplace Insert

maintenance

1. Shut off the gas and electrical supply.

2. Remove Faceplate Control Cover (see instructions in manual).

3. Remove Glass Door (see instructions in manual).

4. Remove Log Set and Embers or crystals and stones (if installed).

5. Remove Burner and Panels (see instructions in this manual).

6. Unplug the Orange, Green, and Ground wires on the front of the Valve.

VALVE REPLACEMENT

INSTALLING VALVE

7. Unscrew the 8 screws holding down the Valve Tray.

8. Slide the Valve Tray out about half way giving easier access to the gas

connection at the valve.

1. Place new valve tray and gasket into position.

2. Reverse Steps 9-1.

3. Check for gas leaks.

9. Disconnect the gas line and remove the valve tray.
