d) Mounting the Wing
The wings are installed in the fuselage slots on the left
and right.
For this, push the wing connector (2) into one of the wings
(1) so that the V-shape of the wing connector points up.
Push the wing connector (2) into the hole of the fuselage
centre part (hole in the wood receptacle).
Connect the plug of the aileron servo to the socket glued
into the fuselage.
Carefully push the wing against the fuselage until the
shaping of the wing is flush with the fuselage. If the wing
cannot be pushed onto the wing connector, turn the safety
screw (4) out step by step at the bottom of the wing.
Observe that the servo cable is pushed into the fuselage
as well and that no large loop can form at the plug connec-
tor (see bottom illustration, figure 6).
e) Securing the Wings for Flight Operation
If both wings have been pushed on flush with the fuselage
and the cables of the aileron servos are placed cleanly,
tighten the two safety screws (4) at the bottom of the wings
gently.
Then check secure fit of the wings by trying to gently pull
the wings apart again.
