Troubleshooting
Fault
Cause
Remedy
The machine does not start
The master starter key 8 (fig. 3) has not
been turned on
Batteries flat
Fuse blown
Safety microswitch under driving seat
faulty
Emergency stop button pressed
Turn the key clockwise
Check the charge and recharge if
necessary
Check and replace if necessary. The
fuses are under the dashboard.
CAUTION: never use fuses of
higher value; there would be a risk
of damage.
If the fuses blow repeatedly, the
machine has a fault.
CONTACT A SERVICE CENTRE.
Replace the microswitch
Release the button and repeat the
starting procedure

instructions for starting up
the machine
)
The machine does not start or it stops
suddenly
Motors labouring so hard they have
triggered the overload cutout
Batteries flat
Diagnostics LEDs on electronic control
units flashing
Wait about a minute and then repeat
the starting procedure

instructions for starting up
the machine
)
Recharge the batteries

The machine does not travel forward or
back
Control pedal unit connection
disconnected
Restore the contact
Suction motor switches off or does not
start
The "recovery tank full" float switch has
cut off the suction motor – indicated on
the display with “LEVEL”.
Float switch fouled.
Switch off the motor immediately
using the switch 5 (fig. 3).
Empty the recovery tank.
Release the float and remove the
dirt. To do this, remove the right
suction motor for access to the float
switch.
