the air pressure switch?

Correct the blower

shutter setting.

Check the switch, transformer

and/or line voltage

Is temperature controller

installed?

Reattach.

Check and correct power

connections at main terminal

block, circuit breaker panel or

pump relay.

Is 24VAC at PS on ignition module?

Is connecting plug secure?

Is the flame sensor signal to the ignition

module greater than 1 Micro Amp (µA) DC?

The unit is okay

YES

Replace HSI

Adjust manifold gas

pressure.

Correct wiring.

Is Amp draw during heat-

up for HSI greater than

3.1 Amps?

YES

Is there 120VAC at the pump or

pump relay contacts?

Does the unit run longer

than 10 seconds?

Is manifold gas

pressure correct?

Install.

Check and correct power

connections at main terminal
block, ignition module, circuit

breaker panel or blower relay.

Is there120 VAC at the blower,

between the red & white leads?

Correct inlet gas supply pressure

Does the main power switch provide

power to the green power LED?

Check safeties, I.E. Flow switch, high

limit, vent switch, thermostat, etc.

Does the combustion air

blower come on?

Is the air filter or

air intake blocked?

Remove blockage

and/or replace filter

Replace gas valve

Does the air pressure

reach 0.9” W.C.?

Replace high air pressure switch

Does the unit run at least

5 seconds?

Replace blower

Remove blockage

and/or replace filter

Is the air filter or air

intake blocked?

Is inlet gas supply pressure

correct?

Is the polarity of incoming

power supply correct?

Correct supply wiring

Replace Sensor

Is sensor probe grounded?
