This mode selection is for domestic hot water systems with single or multiple water heaters (Maximum
4 water heaters) with set point temperature between 72
o
C and 82
o
C.
The system temperature is controlled by an aquastat (Pump C Controller) located in the bottom of the
storage tank.
The burner firing rate is controlled by the Indirect DWH sensor (S6) located within the storage tank.
An additional ECO provided by the Pump C controller is fitted in the top of the storage tank.
The System sensor (S3) is replaced by a 10 kOhm resistor.
As the ‘H’ model relies on the System
sensor to enable a CFH, the 10k Ohm resistor puts the heater in a constant active state, whilst the
Pump C controller determines the call for heat.
The Water Heater Pump (P1) runs during any call for heat.
The System Pump (P2) (if connected to the MVB) runs whenever the system is enabled for heating.
The Water Heater Pump (mandatory) and System Pump (optional) are dela
yed “off” as user defined in
the ADJUST menu.
