Equipment Description
Rapido low-temperature boilers of type F 220 NT
according to DIN 4751 are designed for installation in
open and closed heating systems with feed temperatures
of up to max. 110° C and a permissible overall
operpressure of up to 4 bar.
Due to the innovative three-pass boiler design the flue
gases are optimally guided through the cast boiler
compartments arranged in line, one after the other (Fig.
2.1).
Besides the water-cooled combustion chamber and the
water-cooled flue gus ducts this has the effect of a very
favourable combustion with low pollutant emissions and a
high efficiency due to the optimal utilization of the waste
heat.
F 220 NT work particularly low polluting and meet
the requirements of the efficiency guideline for
low-temperature boilers.

2.1 Scope of supply
The boiler is delivered in form of a boiler block with separa-
te casing (Fig. 2.2) or as loose components (Fig. 2.3):
