Transmission Inspection / Lubrication

1. Rotate the Turntable so that the Transmission fill plug

is visible. (See Fig. 17.8)

DANGER!

The motor on this machine contains high

voltage. Disconnect power at the receptacle before

performing any electrical / repairs. Secure plug so that

it cannot be accidentally plugged in during service.

2. Remove the Fill plug.

3. Put a flexible wire into the Transmission Oil Fill Hole

until the wire hits the bottom of the well. (See Fig. 17.19)

4. Remove the wire and check the level of the

Transmission fluid. The oil level should be no more than

1” ( 25 mm) high on the wire.

NOTE:

Filling Oil Level higher will result in

leakage of the transmission seals.
