If a correction file with extension
*.s2p
is loaded, the button also displays the file-
name. By default, the file
if_default_cable_1347_7552_00.s2p
is loaded. This
file contains correction data for the standard R&S IF cable with material number
1347.7552.00.
Example: Displaying *.s2p file correction data
The example for the
*.s2p
file below comprises correction data for frequencies from
0 GHz to 7.5 GHz.

Recommended Frequency Range
Displays the recommended frequency range of the IF signal that the external frontend
requires.
We recommend that you cover this range in the cable correction
*.s2p
file. See
