Conﬁ g 2 Menu contains parameters for making adjustments to the machine that do not effect the speciﬁ c drink parameters.

Temperature

ISTEAM SETTINGS: ONLY VALID WHEN ISTEAM WAND IS PRESENT

E-degree

iButton Milk

iButton Milk: This submenu contains the programming for the temperature and emulsion levels of the latte button or
right side button on the iSteam wand.

Use this parameter to set the ﬁ nal temperature of the steamed and frothed milk for the latte button on the iSteam
wand. This temperature is in Celsius.

Use this parameter to set the emulsion level or foaming level associated with the latte button on the iSteam
wand. OPTIONS: 0 - 6.

PLEASE NOTE: For all settings 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, the iSteam will add air to the steaming process

and shut air off prior to reaching the ﬁ nal temperature. For example, if you set this parameter to 2 the iSteam will begin steaming
with air infused and stop infusing air after a few seconds of steaming. Full power steaming will continue and the result will be a
steamed frothy milk with a touch of foam.

0 = no foam or no air during steaming

6 = maximum foaming --- air infused steam from the beginning to the end of steaming

ONLY VALID WITH SOFTWARE 2.10 OR HIGHER
This setting can be used to compensation for any calibration issues with the iSteam or TS wand temperature
probes. Use this setting to correct any differences between the actual ﬁ nal temperature of the milk and
programmed ﬁ nal temperature. OPTIONS: 0 - 20.
