Adjust the cranked lever end stop

Legend

There must always be a gap between the cranked lever (3)
and the end stop (4) so that the link arm (1) can rest tight
against the shoe bearings (2).

The angular stop is adjusted at a system pressure of 120 bar
(see chapter 7.4).

The distance between the cranked lever (3) and the end stop

Adjustment

Lower the hydraulic pressure.

Undo the SW 36 mm lock nut (

Adjust the distance by turning the SW 36 mm adjusting screw
(

Turning the screw clockwise = increases the distance

Turning the screw anti-clockwise = reduces the distance

Tighten the lock nut.

7.5 Offset

When working, the offset must be open in such a way that
the 1st body works the same width as the other bodies of the
implement.

The offset adjustment varies according to the tractor used.

Minimum distance between the inside faces of the rear tyres:
1.30 m

IMPORTANT:

The offset allows the 1

furrow to be completely

suppressed up to a rear tyre inner spacing of 1.50 m.
