Principle of operation
The pinion (1) is located under the rack (4). The pistons ( 3
and 5) are screwed to the rack. Depending on the direction of

translated from left to right or from right to left.
The movement is thus transmitted to the pinion (1) which causes
the main frame to rotate.

Line rupture valve
There is a line rupture valve housing (1) and the inlet of each
hydraulic chamber. The line rupture valve (2) prevents the main
frame dropping suddenly in the event of the failure of one of the
components of the hydraulic turnover circuit.
Advantages of the system
ʈ
Smooth operation:
-
No jerks during turnover. Can be stopped and / or reversed at
any time without any risk for the implement or the tractor.
ʈ
Wheel steering control:
-
By operating the turnover system, the operator can control the
wheel angle and thus steer the implement. This application is

Reliability:
-
both pistons are in the horizontal position and pressurised.
There is no risk of slack developing over time. This system is

cylinder
The implement is equipped with a large range compass for
adjusting the offset of the 1st furrow. A hydraulic cylinder (2)
controls opening and closing of the compass.
IMPORTANT:
The offset compass must be in the closed position
when turning over the implement.

ʈ
Reduces the force required to turn over the implement.
