Please Note:
abnormal operational events may occur whilst installing
ActiveX plugin. Follow these instructions to resolve two of the most likely
abnormal operational events:
1: This window may appear when installing the Active X plugin (Figure 3):

Please change the security level of Internet Explorer via selecting the
“Cog” icon (top right hand corner of the IE window)->
Internet options

Security
->
Custom level
(see Figure 4), and change the parameters to the
ones shown in Figures 5A & 5B and Figure 6.
