The webbing is twisted inside
the retractor.
Press and hold Red Release Lever then pull
J-Hook until webbing is straight.
The retractor(s) is (are) not
releasing the webbing.
Press and hold Red Release Lever to release
webbing from retractor.
The retractor(s) is (are)
not working.
Call a Q’Straint® authorized dealer.
The retractor webbing
is slacking.
Pull Hook and slowly release to retract webbing
or turn Retractor Knob on either side of Retractor
to remove the slack.
Do the Electrical Retractors need
to be permanently installed?
The Electrical Retractors MUST be permanently
installed to vehicle’s floor—clear of any
obstructions and in an area where they are not
damaged.
The Electrical Retractors
have no power.
Make sure Electrical Retractors are connected to
the vehicle’s electrical system (12VDC 1.5 amps).
The Electrical Retractors will not
release the webbing.
The Electrical Retractors must be
Powered On
in order for the webbing to move in and
out of the retractor.
