Using the numeric keys set the OFF portion of the cycle, then press the
ENTER/REVIEW
key.
For example, to enter a value of 15 seconds OFF, first depress the
1
key, then the
5
key
and then depress the
ENTER/REVIEW
key.
The screen will display:

The
temperature function prevents overheating of the sample by continuously monitoring the
sample temperature, and terminating the ultrasonics when the temperature reaches your
setpoint. The ultrasonics is automatically reinstated when the temperature drops below
the setpoint. If the temperature of the sample must be monitored and/or controlled, insert
the optional temperature probe into the jack on the rear panel, immerse the temperature
probe in the sample and press the
TEMP
key.
For example, the screen will display (or whatever the sample liquid temperature is):
