• Valid special characters: Exclamation mark (!), At symbol (@), Number sign (#), Dollar sign ($),

Percentage (%), Circumflex (^), Ambersand (&), Asterisk (*), and Hyphen (-).

4. Select a file.

Note

• KoiMeeter Chat supports sending texts, images, videos, and audio files.

• QNAP discourages sending large files that may exceed your network bandwidth capacity

and affect the video conference or wireless screen sharing quality.

5. Click Open.

6. Click OK.

The file is uploaded.

7. Click to view uploaded files.

• The Messages window appears in the right panel.

• All uploaded files are displayed in the Messages window.

Note

All chat files are automatically saved and uploaded to Meeting Minutes in the KoiMeeter app

when the wireless screen sharing session ends.
