tap Clear error in the dialog. The dialog box contains five items that can be cleared for
each tray, such as motor and slot numbers (based on Insrument Version).

Restart the instrument. The instrument initializes and all modules are returned to their
home positions.
Note
: If the affected module is not working after you cleared the error and restarted the
instrument, contact QIAGEN Technical Services.
