position (see Appendix B). In

particular, make sure that the latest

version of the shaker rack plug is

being used and that only loaded

positions are marked. Clean the

optical sensor.

buffer in bottle

Check that the reagent bottle is not

overfilled. The maximum volume is

30 ml and is indicated by a

calibration mark.

for obstructions that might prevent

movement of the shaker. Make sure
