Controller
Control System Overview
The RI-HF Series control panel provides control and monitoring of the UV reactor. The system
is controlled using a UV controller located in the Control Panel which has a 5 digit seven
segment LED display along with 4 LEDs for status information. The controller can provide the
following information and alerts:
1. UV intensity (in %).
2. UV intensity (in W/m2).
3. Operating hours of the UV Lamps.
4. Alarm in case of lamp failure.
5. Alarm in case of lamp life operating hours being exhausted.
6. Alarm in case of UV intensity dropping below the critical setpoint.
The main incoming power supply provides power to the entire control panel.
In the event of a loss of power to the controller, the system shall retain the control program
and user settings in memory.
