Band filter type
This selector allows you to choose the type of filter for each band:
Bell : selects a classic bell filter
Shelf : selects a shelving filter (low shelf for bands 1 and 2, and high shelf for bands 3 and
4)

Gain knob
This knob adjusts the gain of the filter:
Bell: as explained earlier in this manual, the actual gain will also depend on the Bandwidth
setting. The actual gain value is very often quite different from the gain displayed by the
knob.
Shelf: the actual gain is quite close to the gain indicated on the silkscreen.

Frequency
This knob allows you to adjust the frequency of the filter.
Bell: the adjusted frequency will be the center frequency of the filter (at the top).
Shelf : the adjusted frequency will be the corner frequency of the filter, halfway to the
filter's maximum gain output.
Note: it is possible that the actual frequency is slightly different from the frequency displayed.
Indeed, on the original machine, small errors in the component values generate slight biases.
