Operation, Calibration & Service Manual

LinkBelt - DS350 1334 Console

NOTE: The zero setting of the force transducer requires that the pendent be disconnected,
so there are no external forces on the transducer

The system will then give you the option to zero the force transducer or enter the calibration mode.

Zero Force Transducer

Calibration Mode

After pressing zero setting #1 the following two screens will
be displayed.

The calibration option here on this screen will not be shown if
there is no calibration stored in memory.

Force Sensor

Adjustment

The Force transducer zero point is set in the software
through the console. The zero setting of the force transducer
requires that the pendent be disconnected, so there are no
external forces on the transducer.

The “AUTO” buttons are to set the zero point of the force
transducer. Simultaneously hold down plus and minus
buttons (automatic zero) for about 3 seconds or until the line
positions itself at the zero point.
