6 Troubleshooting and Diagnostics

6.1

Power-related Problems

How to Use This Section

an electrical outlet. If the printer is equiped with the paper stacker iPS2024

1. Find the category in which your problem occurs. The problem categories

(see

chapter 7

)

are:

Ask for the power connector connections (and fuse, if fitted) to be verified.

Power-related Problems

Ask for the building electrical supply to be verified.

Error Messages

2. Find the description that most closely matches the printer symptom.

After selftest the printer enters the ONLINE mode.

3. Try the first suggestion under that heading.
