Measurement with the VIBCODE transducer

The processing of the route is simplified by the use of the
VIBCODE transducer as the transducer recognizes the
measurement location from the coding and the pro-
grammed measurement tasks are performed automatically.

• Connect the VIBCODE transducer to the instrument. Use

the cable supplied for this (VIB 5.436).

• Connect the VIBCODE transducer to the meas. location.

• Click on ‘Route’ in the main window and open the route.

VIBSCANNER reads the number of the meas. location
and automatically starts the measurement task*:

• Click on ‘Save’ to save the result.

If further tasks are stored at this VIBCODE measurement
location, these tasks are performed automatically.
If all the tasks at this measurement location have been
processed, the list of measurement locations is displayed

* If the measurement location is
stored in the pool, the
VIBSCANNER changes to ‘Pool
mode’.

Route

• Unplug the VIBCODE transducer and connect it to the

next VIBCODE measurement location. The measurement
procedure as described above is repeated.
