Getting Started

menu tab displays

Login to Web GUI

To login to the administration portal:

1. Use a computer on the same subnet as the server, launch a browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet

Explorer) and use a secure

https

connection to the active IP address of the server. In the address bar,

type the active or public IP address, plus the port number 8080 using the following format:

https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080

The login menu appears*.

Use the default user name,

admin

, and default password,

admin

, to login.

*If your browser loads a warning about going to the address for login, you can import the SSL certificate to avoid

this in the future. See

“Import SSL Certificate (Google Chrome)” on page 57

for instructions.
