Add User
To create a new user account:
1. Go to cluster home page.
2. Click the
Account
menu tab.
3. Click
Add User
button.
4. Fill in user account and email information.
5. Click on the
Add
button.
The new user account appears listed in the Account menu.
User Accounts
User accounts must be setup for WebDAV and S3 clients. Accounts can be created manually or you can enlist
LDAP or Microsoft AD servers to create user accounts pulled from an existing database.
For S3 object storage clients, the User Account Management menu is where you will find the Access Key and
Secret Key needed for the S3 client.
A brief description of basic user account setup and management is included below. Please refer to the Product
Manual for a more complete description, including instructions on how to use LDAP and Microsoft AD for user
account setup.
