Now create the cluster, starting with the first cluster node. To setup the first node in the cluster:
1. Return to the Main Menu, and choose
Node Management
.
2. Select
Choose Network Interface
.
3. Now assign first the Public interface,
Bond0
; then assign the Cluster interface,
Bond1
.
4. Select
Choose Storage Volumes
and select the volume you created previously.
5. Select
Create a New Cluster
. Later you will add another node or nodes to this cluster.
6. Finally, choose
Enable Gateway Function on the Node
. This completes the setup for the first node.
Join Cluster
Now join remaining nodes to the cluster. To do this, simply repeat steps 1 through 4 for each node. Then:
7. Select
Join Cluster
and add the node to the cluster you just setup.
8. Finally, choose
Enable Gateway Function on the Node
. When all the nodes have completed this
configuration, the cluster is ready to begin operation.
