1. Remove the piston (2)
2. Loosen the screws (25) of the dosing head flange (3) and remove
the dosing head flange.
3. Loosen the screws (27) of the guide ring (5) and remove it.
4. Remove the flushing collar (4), the V-sleeve packing (20), the
washer (6) and spring (16).
5. Thoroughly clean the sealing area in the dosing head.
6. Clean the piston (2), the guide sleeves (6) and the flushing collar (7)
7. Dispose of the V-sleeve packing (20), the O-ring (21) from the
flushing collar, the FOI ring (23) and the guide band (24).
8. Clean the other removed parts.
Now reassemble the parts using a reverse sequence of steps:
