Calibrating the pH Measurement
1.
Use the
[Stop] button to switch off system production.
2.
Select
‘Calibrate pH’ in the ‘Operation’ menu and press the
green button with the tick in the message that appears.
ð
A solenoid valve isolates the line with the pH sensor from
the power supply.
3.
Unscrew the pH sensor and carefully dab it dry and clean.
4.
Immerse the sensor in the pH_7 quality buffer.
5.
Press
‘CALIBRATE pH7’ .
ð
‘CALIBRATION IS RUNNING’ appears and, after a short
time, the next menu item.
6.
Remove the pH sensor from the quality buffer and carefully
dab it dry and clean.
7.
Immerse the sensor in the pH_4 quality buffer.
8.
Press
‘CALIBRATE pH4’ .
ð
‘CALIBRATION IS RUNNING’ appears and, after a short
time, a window with the results.
9.
If
‘Calibration is: not good’ appears, press ‘REPEAT
CALIBRATION’ .
10. If
‘Calibration is: Good’ appears, press ‘END
CALIBRATION’ .
11. Screw the pH sensor in again and only then press
‘RETURN
TO MENU’ - see above!

The water valve opens briefly to keep the sensor moist.
