PROGRAMMING VIRTUAL BUTTONS
Note: The default functionality of the Source Keypad when used with iPod, replicates the
genius of the iPod Menu system on the Source LCD. Therefore, no Virtual Buttons can be
configured for use with iPod. Likewise, some other devices, (Servers, XM Tuners) can be
configured for 'direct control' using a Proficient Control Module, that allows RS232 control of
appropriately featured products. Some of these types of devices have been pre-configured in
Proficient Editor (Source Setup/Option). Virtual Buttons cannot be programmed for any device
selected in Source Setup/Option.

selected on the Virtual Keypad, right click inside the
Virtual Button List Window

9. If only adding
one Virtual Button

to indicate an associated command or macro. The command will
