1. Select Alignment tab.
2. Press Calibration key.
1) Height Adjust

The height should not need adjustment, but if the dial is not in the “Green”
, loosen the three M4 bracket
mounting screws and bias the ODV2D-V2 straight up or down in the mounting holes until the dial reaches the
“Green”
. Be careful not to touch the scan glass as you grip the ODV2D-V2 assembly.
2. Re-tighten the three mounting screws.
Confirm that the dial is in the “Green”
.
3.
If the dial is in the “Red”,
contact Printronix Auto ID Customer Service for a replacement unit.
