Remove/Replace Club Gear Transfer Belt
Unplug the unit.

Failure to disconnect power
from the unit before servicing
could result in severe bodily
injury or death. The ON/OFF
Switch does not disconnect
incoming power to the unit.
WARNING
Open front door.

Remove left side panel by loosening the thumb screw.

Open the club latch.

Lift tensioner arm.

Slide off club belt.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 for other belt.

Use the 11/32" nut driver to remove front cover top nut.

Use flathead screwdriver to remove bottom front cover
screw.

Pull out front cover.

Open back door.

Use the 11/32" nut driver to remove back cover top
nut.

Use flathead screw driver to remove back cover
bottom flathead screw.

Pull out back cover.
