Preparation of the Compressor for Work

MIND OUT!
Defective pressure and cooling lines can break and a current of the compressed air can cause
property damage.

Before connecting check, if the compressor, pressure and cooling lines have defects.
Checking Work
To make certain of irreproachable work of the compressor before the first start do as follows:

Use the compressor only in cool, dust-free, dry and well-aired rooms.

Environmental temperature should not be lower than +5
0
С and higher than +40
0
С.

To avoid breakdowns of the compressor the bias of the supporting surface in transversal and longitudinal
dimensions should not be more than 15 degrees.

Make certain of observing the minimal distance between the compressor and any possible obstacle
against airflow to be 50 cm.

Before start check, if the voltage and frequency of a power supply correspond to the data on a
identification plate of the compressor.

Stand the compressor carefully so that the handrail to be in the working position.

Work from a power supply without foregoing conditions can lead to breakdown of the compressor.

Connect the compressor only to a corresponding power supply.

Connect the compressor to a power supply.


An extension lead must have the cross section of from 2.5 mm

and be not longer than 30 m.

Switch on the compressor by the start button (1) and the device will begin to work.

Let the compressor work passively until the pressure reaches the ultimate value.
