In the delivery set there are:
The compressor.
The operating manual
The list of spares
The certificate of conformity to the norms of the
EC.
Principle of Operation
The compressor is a piston one with oil lubricant and works by belts by an electric drive and serves for
generation of the compressed air and its accumulation until the maximal pressure of 300 bar is reached.
The allowable pressure for the safety valve is 330 bar. The excess air is run off through the safety valve.
The compressed air fills the cartridges of KT-3500 KT-1000.
Distinctive Features of the Compressor
The Compressor has distinctive features as follows:
It is a compressor with an electric drive for professional
and personal use.
It has a safety valve.
It has an automatic system of start and stop of the
pressure relay.
It has a protective automatic device of the motor.
The power supply is from the line of 230 V~
It has a handle for carrying.
It has tired wheels.
It has a handle for pulling.
It has a belt drive.
It has the clamp for the compressed air of Mobilo.
One can to fill it by one or two cartridges of the
compressed air of PREBENA KT-3500
(correspondently for KT-1000 you must use an
adapter)
Protective Equipment
Start and Stop Buttons
The compressor has a start (1) and stop (2) buttons. The
latter can be also used as an
emergency switch.
The start button of I: ON (1)
The stop button of 0: OFF (2)
Safety Valves
The safety valve activates all the three pressure stages. It is
activated when the maximum allowable pressure in every
pressure stage is more than 10 %.
Protective Automatic Device of the Motor
The compressor has serially an external a protective automatic device of the motor (3). A special plate
marks the position of a protective automatic device of the motor. By a fault condition (e.g. by overheating
etc.) there activates the protection of the motor and stops power supply. In that case see the review of fault
