Fault Condition Possible Causes Remedy
Piston rings are too large. Check again the piston rings or replace them.
Take the department of work with clients (See p. 25).
F Operating power is falling. Leakage of the pipeline. Turn a screw joint.
Pollution of the receiving filter. Clean or replace the receiving filter.
A clearance between the piston and
the cylinder of the 3
rd
stage is too
large.
Check again a clearance between the piston and cylinder.
Take the department of work with clients (See p. 25).
G Intermediate pressure: the safety valve is
thrown out. Intermediate pressure is too high, the
valves are leaky. Check the valves.

H The compressor is getting burned. No air for cooling. Check again machines laying.
The environmental temperature is too
high.
The maximal environmental temperature is +40°C
Sucking / pressure valve is leaky. Check the valves and replace them if it is necessary.
Take the department of work with clients (See p. 25).
I High oil consumption. Pistons, piston rings and / or cylinders
are worn out.
Replace the spares.
Take the department of work with clients (See p. 25).
The receiving filter is polluted. Clean or replace the receiving filter.
Superheating the computer. Increase the power of cooling.

Recycling the Compressor

There exists a danger for the environment by recycling by environmentally inexpedient way.

Clean the computer before recycling.

Observe requirements of working legislative directions for recycling oil.

In no circumstances, throw the compressor or its components into usual dustbins. If you want
to recycle the compressor, send it to the company of PREBENA. The company of PREBENA
will recycle the compressor properly. You can find the contact data in p. 25.
