4. Insert the cartridges.
• Hold the cartridge so that the side with
the letter “B” faces upward, and the “B” is
on the upper right of the cartridge. Hold
the center of the cartridge with your thumb
and index finger.
• Insert the left end of the cartridge, while pushing the left
side latch of the cartridge holder slightly to the left with the
cartridge.
• Push down the right side of the cartridge.
Make sure that the cartridge is securely locked into the
holder, and that there is no slack in the foil.
• Put the second cartridge on top of the cartridge already
installed. Gently push down the center of the cartridge.
Caution
Place the side marked “B” face up. If the cartridge is installed
upside down, the printer will not know it has been installed.
