We hope y ou enjoy your Foilfast™ printer, and w e want to mak e your Foilfast
ownership a satisfying experience. If at any time, you would like technical assis-
tance, ser vice or supplies , your Fastback® dealer is a vailable to help y ou. To
locate your Fastback dealer, call Powis Parker customer ser vice at 1-800-321-
BIND.
Service
If the software disc proves defective during the applicable warranty period, you
may return the defective disc to your local Fastback dealer, along with a dated
proof of purchase; the dealer representative will replace it free of charge.
If the printer proves defective during the applicable warranty period, your Fast-
back dealer will either:
(i) repair the printer;
(ii) replace the pr inter with one that is ne w or lik e-new, pro vided that the
replacement has equivalent or better functionality than the one it replaces; or
(iii) if the F astback dealer is unab le to repair or replace a def ective printer
covered by warranty, the dealer will, within a reasonable time after notification
of defect, refund the purchase pr ice for the pr inter, provided that you return
the defective printer along with proof of purchase.
