Troubleshooting: auxiliary cameras

The following table suggests solutions for issues that may arise with auxiliary cameras:

Issue/question

Possible cause

Suggested solution/explanation

The auxiliary camera
does not record a
vibration event.

The auxiliary cameras connect only
after the main dashcam wakes up
from

recording at a minimum of ten
minutes and a maximum of sixty
minutes after the vehicle turns off,
just like the main dashcam.
