Set in-cabin-facing camera recordings
By default, the in-cabin-facing camera recordings are turned on. The recordings can be turned on or off
to meet different privacy regulations around the world.
If you turn off this setting:
• In-cabin video and dangerous and distracted driving video event recordings are no
longer uploaded to the cloud.
•
Distracted Driver in-cabin visual and audio alerts remain on .
• The screen display notifies the driver that the in-cabin recording is turned off.

To set the in-cabin-facing camera recordings:
1. Press the touchscreen of the V-AI12 dashcam to wake it up.
2. Enter the default PIN 3333 to unlock the dashcam for the first time, or your own PIN
subsequently.

The screen unlocks and the menu can be viewed.
3. Press Settings .
