Maintenance and Service
Check the knurled nuts on the squeegee; change as necessary

Grease the joints and connection rods of the waste water vacuuming system
o
Adjust the support rollers on the squeegee
o
Check the vacuum at the suction hose; clear any defects
o
Check the electrical safety functions:
parking brake, recovery tank float switch
o
Pre-sweep/vacuum unit: Check the tension and properties of the rotary brush drive fan belt;
retension or change as necessary
o
Pre-sweep/vacuum unit: Check the rotary brush for signs of wear and foreign bodies (e.g. tape,
wire, etc.), replace rotary brush if necessary
o
Pre-sweep/vacuum unit: Check the brush swings smoothly
o
Pre-sweep/vacuum unit: Check the sweeping pattern
o
Pre-sweep/vacuum unit: Check the rotary brush setting; adjust if necessary
o
Pre-sweep/vacuum unit: Check the sealing strips in the brush space; change any defective seal-
ing strips
o
Pre-sweep/vacuum unit: Check the side brush bristles for wear; change if necessary
o
Pre-sweep/vacuum unit: Check the filter system for leaks; disassemble the filter element
and clean it, change the filter element id defective
o
Pre-sweep/vacuum unit: Check the functionality of the agitating motor and extractor fan motor
