PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Steering Cylinder

The steering cylinder must be lubricated every 500

hours with grease. There are two lubrication points,

one each end of the cylinder.

Latches & Hinges

The hinges and latches of all doors and covers should

be lubricated with oil every 500 hours. There are

numerous hinges and latches, make sure to lubricate

all of the following:

•  Engine cover
•  Top Gas Tank Cover
•  Side Door and Latch
•  Main Broom Doors
•  Scrub Doors and Latches
•  Seat Hinge
