is intended for Polycom customers who have purchased an OTX 300 and are in the
process of preparing their room for the OTX installation. This document defines the room
characteristics (such as the room size, wall color, and power outlets), delivery requirements, and
network requirements needed to successfully deploy the Polycom OTX 300 telepresence solution.
Before you begin reviewing the installation requirements described in this document, you must first
know the answer to these questions:

Are you planning to install the optional OTX Complete Experience Kit, which includes the OTX
rear wall and the lighting?

Are you planning to install the standard Polycom Ceiling Microphone Arrays or the optional
tabletop microphones?
