like the following:
AccountNum^\12345678^]AccountType^\Gold
When sending data (see " Sending Data with a Call "), the EDGE TELE-
PHONY verb accepts data in a simpler format where only values are
used, the same format described above, or a more complex format
that allows for the control of data type encoding.
Simple Data
Format
For simple data transfers, EDGE accepts a multi-valued list of values
and will assign keys in the series L0001, L0002 etc. When receiving
data, EDGE will recognize these keys and remove them before being
handled by EDGE logic. So, for example, when sending data, EDGE
will accept the following in miscellaneous data:
12345678^]Gold
When sent to Genesys, these two values will be converted as:
L0001 => 12345678
L0002 => Gold
When using this format, all values will be sent as strings (KVTyp-
eString).
