6.3.1 Setting Up Mailboxes

To assign a Mailbox:

Do This

1. Press FUNCTION.

2. Press 3 and then YES.

3. Press YES.

4. Press 3 and then YES again.

5. The Set-Up Mailbox Function is only accessible to

individuals with knowledge of the Set-Up Passcode (Key
Operator Passcode). "9930" is the standard Set-Up
Passcode for the Model 9930. It may have been changed
to a different Code.

Enter "9930"and then press YES (or enter the current Set-
Up Passcode).

6. Enter a two-digit Mailbox number.

Then enter the four-digit Security Code you wish to
assign. Any number is valid, including 0000 to 9999.

NOTE: After you enter the two-digit Mailbox number, the
system will display "0000" for the Security Code. If you
want something different, type over this with the correct
numbers.

7. Press YES when the numbers appear correctly.
