27. Press YES if you want the Journal to automatically
print and erase everyday. Otherwise, press NO and
skip to Step #29.
28. Enter the new time that you want the journal to print
(in military fashion). Example 4:30 p.m. = 16:30.
NOTE: Enter "0000" if you want the Journal to
automatically print only when it is full. (The machine was
set this way when installed at your location).
29. Press YES when you have entered the correct time.
30. Press YES if you want the Journal automatically sent
to a different Speed Dial number. Then enter a Speed
Dial number plus YES (or press NO to move to the
next item). Example: Press YES.
31. Press YES if correct.
32. Press YES when you finish entering the new Speed
Dial number.
33. Press YES.
34. Press YES. This feature lets you program which
distinctive ring pattern the Model 9930 will be able to
detect for automatically answering the telephone line.
NOTE: 1=all detects all patterns. 2=only a single ring,
3=only a double ring, 4=short, short, long, triple ring,
5=any triple ring except short, short, long.
This Happens
The new time appears in the
display as you enter it.
The new speed dial number
appears in the display as you
enter it. When you press
YES, the Speed Dial name
also appears.
