NOTE:

You may press STOP if you do not wish to go through the entire list of prompts.
After you have finished changing any definitions, you can press STOP to return
to System Ready Mode. In this case, the system will not automatically print a
System Set-Up Report.

Do This

5. Press YES to store documents received into your 9930's

memory. To retrieve them from a remote facsimile, you
must enter the 9930's polling passcode previously set
up in Function #8. See Setting Up the System, Section
5.7. You must use a Touch Tone fax or computer. Call
your 9930, when receive tone stops, immediately enter
the following from the Keypad: #**# XXXX* (XXXX is
9930's polling passcode) when solid ready tone is
heard, press Send/Receive (or Start Key) to begin
receiving documents.

6. If you wish to configure your unit to automatically

receive all documents into memory, press YES. This
lets you decide when to print the documents.

7. If selected, you will then be asked if you want to restrict

the printing of the documents with a PASSCODE.
Press YES to select passcode protection (the pass-
code is the 9930's polling passcode), or NO for
unrestricted printing.

The"MESSAGE IN MEMORY, PRESS COPY TO PRINT"
message will appear in the display each time a
document is received. If you entered YES for
Passcode to Print, the display will read "MESSAGE IN
MEMORY, PRESS COPY TO PRINT", See Section 4.5.1,
"Receiving to Memory", for more information on this
feature. Press NO if you don't want this feature.

Verify that all information on the System Set-Up Report

is correct.

6. Press YES if you wish to store all documents directly

into memory before automatic dialing begins.
