8. The telephone consumer Protection Act of 1991 makes it unlawful for any
person to use a computer or other electronic device to send any message via
telephone fax machine unless such message clearly contains, in a margin at
the top or bottom of each transmitted page or on the first page of the
transmission, the date and time it is sent and an identification of the business
or other entity, or other individual sending the message and the telephone
number of the sending machine or such business, other entity, or individual.
(In order to program this information into your fax machine and insure that it
will be transmitted, refer to Section 5.7.2).
9. This equipment is Hearing-Aid Compatible.
FCC WARNING
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy
and, if not installed and used in accordance with the Operating Guide,
may cause interference to radio communications. It has been tested and
found to comply with the limits for a Class B Computing Device pursuant
to Sub-part J of part 15 of FCC Rules, which are designed to provide
reasonable protection against such interference when operated in a
residential installation. However, there is no guarantee that interference
will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause
interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment off and on, you are encouraged to try to correct the

(2) Relocate your fax machine with respect to the receiver.
