Use, maintenance and warning instructions

MEDIUM PRESSURE REGULATOR

MAINTENANCE AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS

REV. 00

Step Action

Insert and fasten the screws (8).

NOTICE!

Tighten the screws according to the cross diagram in paragraph 9.4.2.2.

Insert the seeger ring (15).

Replace the reinforced gasket (7).

Insert the seeger ring (11).

Place the diaphragm (21) in the diaphragm holder (5).

Position the diaphragm disc (16).

Position the nut (10), holding the stem (9) in place.

Insert the diaphragm assembly together with the intermediate flange (2) into the body (1).

Fit the cover (3).

Insert the screws (19) together with the nut (18).

NOTICE!

Tighten the screws according to the cross diagram in paragraph 9.4.2.2.

Insert the calibration spring (25).

Position the sliding disc (24).

Insert and screw in the calibration ring nut (23).

Insert and screw in the cap (26).
